Policies

Shipping: All items are dispatched within 2 working days and shipped via Royal Mail's 2nd class delivery. The estimated delivery time is 5 working days from the date of order for all UK orders, and 15 working days for international orders.

Any import fees or taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or not as described.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment card, minus any outgoing and incoming shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or not as described.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for use exclusively in our online store and cannot be redeemed for treatments or products in our studio.
